Two years ago, I donated a new roof to a family in Stamford who had been badly damaged by the No Roof scheme. I thought of Prizio Roofing, a family business in Canaan founded in 1968 by Jonathan's father, John Prizio. I have teamed up with Jonathan and his wife Jennifer and their son Jonathan to give something back to the New Canaan community that has brought them so much love and support. A homeowner in our project in New Bedford, MA, already knew our PVC roof solution and wanted to replace her roof with a white 50 million PVC membrane, but also had a leaking window that she wanted to cover with a PVC deck shield membrane. We met at her home and offered to give her a new roof, and she returned for an offer to replace the siding and one of her leakier windows and have a seamless gutter installed. She noticed that her entire roof had to be replaced, so we were able to commission Emmaty to do the work. Updating the sides of the house was something she had wanted for years, and we met with her and returned the quote that replaced all the pages except for the leaks in the window.
